The role of Chef de Cuisine at Burgers & Half Bottles is an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals who are passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality. This is a leadership position within the kitchen, requiring candidates to bring their culinary expertise and management skills to create exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 to 7 years of culinary leadership experience and be capable of working independently while leading a team effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The position also demands accountability for the restaurant's profit and loss (P&L) management, demonstrating both business acumen and culinary creativity.
Joining the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group (TKRG), the Chef de Cuisine will be part of a prestigious collection of more than 10 properties and 800 employees.
