Job Requirements

  • 2+ years in a senior leadership role
  • 3+ years as Sous Chef in a Michelin-starred or James Beard Award winning kitchen
  • Strong foundation in tasting menu formats and fine dining standards
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Experience in kitchen operations management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a senior leadership role such as Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or similar
  • 3+ years as Sous Chef in a Michelin-starred or James Beard Award winning kitchen

  • Experience building or opening new concepts
