Job Requirements

- minimum five years of relevant culinary experience
- strong multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

Job Duties
- Organize and map out stations and duties of culinary team
- lead organization and execution of creative process and creation of seasonal menus
- lead aspects of research and menu testing including recipe creation, product sourcing, budgeting, and timelines
- make regular inspections of units to observe food quality, appearance, cleanliness, and employee appearance
- coordinate all training activities for kitchen, pastry, prep production, and service employees
- develop recipes and portion specifications according to concept and standards
- assist operation managers in equipment maintenance, sourcing, purchasing, budgeting, and organization
- prepare operational reports and analyses and make recommendations
- set and maintain labor budgets with chef team
- set and maintain training, mentorship, and continued culinary education with team
