The role offered is a culinary position within Morrison Living that reports directly to the Executive Chef. This opportunity provides candidates with exposure to successful culinary production operations, with the possibility of stepping in as the department head during the Executive Chef’s absence. It is a dynamic position emphasizing adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines such as HACCP to ensure efficient, safe, and sanitary food production, preparation, and presentation. Responsibilities also extend to assisting with menu development, inventory management, purchasing, food cost controls, sanitation practices, and personnel management, including hiring, firing, counseling, coaching, and staff development.

The salary range for this role is $63,000 to $70,000, reflecting the level of expertise and commitment required. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
