Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar chef de cuisine or head chef position
  • Proficiency in French culinary techniques and California seasonal ingredients
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a kitchen team
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
  • Ability to relocate if necessary
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Commitment to a calm and kind leadership style
