The Peninsula Beverly Hills is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef De Cuisine to join its culinary leadership team. Working directly alongside the Executive Chef, the Chef De Cuisine will play a pivotal role in planning, directing, controlling, coordinating, and actively participating in the daily food preparation activities at The Kitchen, one of the hotel's flagship dining venues. This position is essential to maintaining the hotel's culinary standards and ensuring that every plate served meets the highest quality and presentation benchmarks.
