Job Description

Our establishment is an upcoming cocktail bar and lounge located in the heart of Pioneer Square, preparing for its grand opening in mid to late May. This medium-sized, upscale venue is dedicated to delivering a refined experience built around expertly crafted cocktails. Designed to foster a relaxed and conversation-driven atmosphere, the bar revives the art of forgotten classic cocktails, emphasizing superior ingredient selection, spirit choice, technique, and presentation. Along with an impressive cocktail menu, the bar features a carefully curated wine list and a range of small plates intended to complement the drinks perfectly. The overall mission is to uphold an exceptional standard across all facets of guest experience, including impeccable service and outstanding product quality.

We are currently seeking a talented, motivated, and detail-oriented cook to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative individual who thrives in an upscale lounge environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality food that enhances the overall guest experience. The cook will be responsible for preparing a small, curated menu with a focus on steady, low-volume food service, except for occasional high-volume periods on game days. Unlike a traditional full kitchen setup, this role involves working in a compact and well-organized space that requires strong organizational skills. The selected candidate will have complete ownership of the kitchen operations from start to finish, and they will play a vital role in overseeing all pre-opening kitchen preparations to ensure a smooth launch and ongoing excellence. This position offers competitive compensation at $30 per hour plus tips, with eight-hour shifts and promising growth opportunities within the establishment. Additionally, employees receive a complimentary meal during their shifts, further enhancing the work environment and experience.
