Job Requirements

  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50lbs
  • Basic literacy in reading, writing, and maths
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Compliance with local food and alcohol laws
  • Age above the minimum legal requirement
  • Fluency in the local language
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Make each meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the taste buds with your own signature flare
  • Own your kitchen by keeping on top of supplies and equipment and minimizing waste
  • Report any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents to your supervisor or duty manager
  • Help create a safe space by following safety procedures and wearing necessary protective equipment
  • Meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws to keep the kitchen cleaner than clean
  • Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed
  • Help guests by addressing queries or providing advice
  • Wear your uniform with pride
  • Take on other ad-hoc duties when the team needs to pull together
