Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in upscale restaurant management
- Valid food handler’s card where required
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Strong communication skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Capability to lead and develop a team
- Willingness to maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of full-service, upscale restaurant management experience
- Passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Basic accounting skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all kitchen operations
- Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking and preparing weekly specials
- Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff while focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen ensuring it passes the white glove test
- Manage kitchen operations to meet business goals
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and regulations
