Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience in upscale restaurant management
  • Valid food handler’s card where required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Capability to lead and develop a team
  • Willingness to maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of full-service, upscale restaurant management experience
  • Passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all kitchen operations
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking and preparing weekly specials
  • Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff while focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen ensuring it passes the white glove test
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet business goals
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and regulations
