- Passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service

- Possession of a food handler's card where required

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering kitchen operations
- Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking of established and weekly special recipes
- Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff
- Focus on business goals including process improvement, efficiency, profitability and compliance with company procedures
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and readiness for inspections
- Manage flexible scheduling and fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
