Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in full service upscale restaurant management
  • Passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Solid written and verbal communications skills
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Possession of a food handler's card where required

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering kitchen operations
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking of established and weekly special recipes
  • Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff
  • Focus on business goals including process improvement, efficiency, profitability and compliance with company procedures
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and readiness for inspections
  • Manage flexible scheduling and fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
