Job Description

Hi Noon Hospitality is renowned for its exceptional culinary experiences, operating acclaimed restaurant locations in Arcadia, North Scottsdale, and Gilbert. This hospitality group prides itself on serving the freshest seafood flown in daily from the East, West, and Gulf Coasts, alongside pristine steaks, all crafted to perfection with bold flavors and clean execution. The kitchens at Hi Noon Hospitality are considered the heartbeat of its restaurants, where culinary artistry meets high standards of quality and consistency. With a commitment to excellence, Hi Noon Hospitality has built a reputation as a leader in the dining industry, recognized for both its innovative approach to cuisine and its dedication to providing memorable guest experiences.

The company is currently seeking talented chefs at various levels, including lead and senior positions, to join its dynamic culinary team. This leadership role is ideal for a hands-on chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and possesses the passion and expertise to inspire excellence during every service. The role demands strong leadership qualities, detailed execution, and an enduring commitment to creating unforgettable dining experiences that align with the brand’s high standards. As a chef at Hi Noon Hospitality, you will be entrusted with leading a scratch kitchen known for its exceptionally high volume and demand for precision, ensuring that all dishes meet the established brand standards across recipes, techniques, and operational procedures.

In this pivotal role, you will provide real-time coaching to kitchen staff, conducting regular line checks to maintain flawless execution and superior food quality. Leadership extends beyond managing the kitchen; fostering a fun, positive, and respectful work environment is paramount. Collaboration with fellow managers to achieve broader restaurant-wide goals is also a key responsibility. This position includes involvement in scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and training new team members, helping to build a cohesive and skilled culinary workforce. The ideal chef will also lead by example, stepping in during prep and line duties as needed, and will actively contribute to maximizing profitability through diligent inventory management, ordering, controlling costs of goods sold (COGs), and labor management. Strict adherence to company policies on safety and sanitation further underscores the professional standards of this position.

Hi Noon Hospitality offers a comprehensive benefits package that highlights its commitment to employee welfare. Benefits begin from day one and include medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a company-paid life insurance policy. Employees enjoy two weeks of paid vacation plus floating holidays, monthly dining comps at all Buck & Rider and Ingo’s Tasty Food locations, and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding and innovative brand. Additionally, the company encourages employee referrals, supports paid training, and fosters a culture of respect, teamwork, and professionalism. Hi Noon Hospitality also recognizes the importance of family time by closing on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Joining the team means being part of a vibrant culinary environment that values your skills, development, and passion for the craft.
