The role of the Tandoor Chef is essential in ensuring the excellence and authenticity of our Indian culinary offerings. You will be responsible for preparing various tandoor breads such as naan, roti, and kulcha alongside marinating meats and cooking tandoori dishes like chicken and kebabs to perfection. This position demands mastery of traditional Indian cooking methods, particularly the use of the clay oven or tandoor, which gives the dishes a distinctive smoky flavor and texture.

This full-time position offers a structured work schedule from Tuesday to Sunday, with varied shift timings that support a balanced work-life dynamic. You will work alongside a team of passionate culinary professionals in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment where cooperation and efficiency are key.   • cook tandoori chicken, kebabs, and other tandoor dishes
  • marinate meats and prepare ingredients
  • maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  • assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
  • work as a team and help with general kitchen tasks as needed
