Currently, the Sutherland House Victorian B&B is seeking a full-time on-site Chef to join their dedicated team. Located in Canandaigua, NY, this role is ideal for culinary professionals who appreciate a low-stress but rewarding working environment. The Chef will primarily be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast for up to 10 guests daily, designing creative and appealing menus, managing all kitchen operations, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. With a flexible work schedule, the role offers the possibility to work part-time or full-time, accommodating different lifestyles and commitments. Additionally, there are optional shifts available to cook for special events hosted by the B&B, providing opportunities to showcase culinary talents outside the regular breakfast service.
