Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Capability to manage multiple service types including catering and events
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage
  • Experience supervising food service and related operations
  • Strong organizational, self-motivated and proactive chef skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to coach and develop employees effectively
  • Experience maintaining compliance with health and safety standards
  • Creativity in recipe development
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Job Duties

  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of food and beverage
  • Supervises the execution of regular service, catering, take-out, delivery and all in/off-venue events
  • Guides operations to ensure safety, quality, recipe accuracy and financial profitability
  • Maintains professional appearance standards as directed in the Carver Road Hospitality Employee Handbook
  • Coaches and develops employees by setting clear guidelines and expectations
  • Ensures employees are compliant with all kitchen standards and procedures
  • Organizes, develops and produces new recipes for potential new menu items and specials
  • Remains focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Ensures Department of Health and company sanitation standards
  • Ensures venue compliance with all federal, state, local laws and company policies
