Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or chef role
  • proven leadership capability
  • strong culinary skills and creativity
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • physical stamina for standing long hours

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a chef or a similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen
  • strong creativity and passion for food innovation
  • solid understanding of food profit and cost controls
  • excellent leadership and team management skills
  • ability to coach and mentor kitchen staff
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred

Job Duties

  • take complete responsibility for every plate that gets served
  • direct the overall menu strategy and development
  • innovate and iterate on the menu to provide creative, quality food
  • meet profit goals through efficient kitchen management
  • hire and supervise kitchen staff
  • coach employees on consistency, technique and skills
  • maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
