We are in the process of establishing a unique private bar and restaurant located in a building adjacent to a residence in the vibrant McCordsville/Fishers area. This exciting new venue aims to blend the charm of a private setting with the excitement and variety of a diverse dining experience, creating an intimate yet dynamic place for patrons to gather. The establishment will be versatile in its service, accommodating anywhere from 40 to 80 guests depending on the configuration for the event or dining experience. This flexibility allows for a wide range of possibilities, from intimate fine dining occasions to lively Sunday afternoon football watch parties that bring the community together around good food and great company.
The building itself boasts a fully equipped commercial kitchen, designed to handle the demands of gourmet food preparation, alongside a prominent 25-foot bar that will serve as a focal point for social interaction and the enjoyment of finely crafted beverages. The anticipated completion date for the venue is early October, positioning it perfectly for a fall launch when residents and visitors alike will be eager for new dining experiences.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or food service
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- good physical stamina
- reliable and punctual
