Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 3 years of professional cooking experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong physical stamina and dexterity
  • excellent attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • willingness to learn and adapt

Job Qualifications

  • formal culinary education or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 3 years experience as a chef in a reputable restaurant

Job Duties

  • develop and prepare creative and high-quality dishes
  • manage kitchen staff and ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • design and implement new recipes and menu items
  • monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless dining service
  • maintain consistency and quality in all culinary preparations
