Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role
- Excellent understanding of various cooking techniques ingredients equipment and procedures
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety hygiene and sanitation standards
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for cooking experimenting with new recipes and the culinary arts

Job Duties
- Oversee all kitchen operations and staff including hiring training and evaluating
- Develop new recipes and menus and collaborate with the Sous Chef on meal planning
- Monitor inventory and order supplies and ingredients as needed
- Create cost-effective menus and manage the budget for kitchen operations
- Implement and maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Resolve any issues that may arise in the kitchen
- Ensure the quality of food and presentation meets established standards
