The role involves preparing an appetizer layout for a party of 50-60 guests. This position requires off-premises preparation to ensure the quality and freshness of appetizers served at the event. Additionally, the role includes providing on-site service, where a waiter and a bartender will assist in serving guests and managing the beverage station. Post-event responsibilities include thorough clean-up of the event space to maintain cleanliness and client satisfaction. This is a temporary position for the holiday event with the potential for future opportunities based on performance. The ideal candidates will have experience in catering, food preparation, bartending, or waitstaff roles and must be capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Attention to food safety standards and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
