Job Duties
- Cook or supervise the cooking of items requiring skillful preparation
- evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
- follow weekly posted menus
- interact with the Culinary Experience Director to exceed resident and family expectations
- adhere to standard recipes and food presentation techniques
- consult with the Culinary Experience Director on food production and special events
- adhere to cleaning and maintenance schedules for kitchen areas and equipment
- communicate with residents to learn dining tastes and preferences
- perform other assigned duties
