Job Description

We are a family of five seeking a dedicated and experienced personal chef to assist with meal preparation twice a week in our home. Our family members have diverse dietary needs and preferences, including vegan diets, gluten-free meals due to celiac disease, and precise macro tracking to support our health goals. You will have the opportunity to create varied weekly menus tailored to our needs, manage grocery shopping, meal preparation, and cooking in our home kitchen twice per week. Your expertise should cover a broad spectrum of culinary styles and nutritional requirements, including vegan cooking techniques and gluten-free food safety practices critical for preventing cross-contamination. Additionally, you should be adept at tracking macronutrients to ensure our meals meet individual dietary targets.

Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years professional cooking experience
  • experience with vegan and gluten-free diets
  • familiarity with celiac disease dietary needs
  • ability to track and manage macronutrients
  • valid food handler certification preferred
  • reliable transportation to travel to client's home
  • ability to work twice a week consistently
