  • Experience in food production, menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations
  • Skilled in managing shift schedules, controlling inventory costs, and maintaining quality standards
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and coordinate with front-of-house staff
  • Passion for hospitality with a keen eye for detail in food presentation and service excellence

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high standards of food quality and safety
  • Prepare, cook, and present a diverse range of menu items with attention to detail, consistency, and presentation
  • Oversee food production processes, including inventory control, food handling, and ensuring proper storage practices
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen environment while adhering to health regulations
  • Train team members on culinary techniques, safety procedures, and food service standards to foster professional growth
