- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and coordinate with front-of-house staff
- Passion for hospitality with a keen eye for detail in food presentation and service excellence
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high standards of food quality and safety
- Prepare, cook, and present a diverse range of menu items with attention to detail, consistency, and presentation
- Oversee food production processes, including inventory control, food handling, and ensuring proper storage practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen environment while adhering to health regulations
- Train team members on culinary techniques, safety procedures, and food service standards to foster professional growth
