Job Duties
- Develop traditional Italian bakery recipes with authenticity and creativity
- Co-create the bakery café concept and menu from the ground up
- Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship in baking processes
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on traditional Italian techniques
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate on sourcing authentic ingredients and optimize local ingredients where necessary
- Assist in daily bakery operations including preparation and customer service
