Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years working in professional kitchens
- Availability to work Sunday through Thursday evenings
- Ability to lift and carry ingredients and kitchen equipment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good physical stamina and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a chef in fast-paced kitchen environments
- Strong culinary arts background
- Ability to prepare diverse cuisines with creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in menu planning and ingredient sourcing

Job Duties
- Prepare diverse range of dishes ensuring high-quality presentation and taste
- Plan menus considering dietary needs and preferences
- Source and purchase fresh ingredients and pantry items
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Shop for pantry items to include self serve breakfast and lunch
- Work closely with the team to provide outstanding customer service
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently during dinner service
