Job Requirements

  • minimum of a culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
  • proven experience in a professional kitchen
  • excellent knife skills and culinary techniques
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical stamina to handle long hours in a busy kitchen

  • strong multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • lead the kitchen team and manage daily kitchen operations

  • oversee inventory control and ordering of supplies
  • train and mentor kitchen staff
