Job Requirements
- Professional kitchen experience
- Knowledge of healthy, organic cooking methods including steam, sear, roast, and sous vide
- Must be reliable, organized, and comfortable working under pressure
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings
- Long-term commitment and desire to grow within the team
Job Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience cooking with Rational ovens or similar combi systems
- Strong culinary background in healthy, organic cooking methods
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings
- Team player focused on health and consistency
- Experience with steam, sear, roast, and sous vide cooking techniques
Job Duties
- Manage daily prep and service using Rational ovens
- Program and monitor cooking functions for consistency and quality
- Prepare organic, nutrient-focused dishes quickly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and follow HACCP standards
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership to develop and test menu items
