Sear2Stem Kitchen 2 Bar is a newly established coastal-inspired restaurant located in Downtown, dedicated to delivering clean, nourishing, and wellness-focused cuisine. This innovative dining concept combines fresh, organic ingredients with advanced Rational iCombi Pro technology to offer fast, wholesome meals cooked without the use of seed oils. At Sear2Stem Kitchen 2 Bar, every dish is prepared with intention, emphasizing health, flavor, and consistency.
As we prepare to open our doors, we are actively seeking experienced chefs eager to join our team. Our restaurant prides itself on a brand-new, fast-paced kitchen environment where culinary creativity meets modern wellness principles. The ideal chef will bring at least five years of experience working with Rational ovens or similar combi systems, along with a strong culinary background rooted in healthy, organic cooking methods such as steam, sear, roast, and sous vide. Candidates must exhibit a professional and positive attitude, demonstrating reliability, organization, and the ability to thrive under pressure. The role entails managing daily preparation and service operations using Rational ovens, programming and monitoring cooking functions to ensure consistency and quality across all dishes. The chef will be responsible for preparing organic, nutrient-focused meals quickly and accurately, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to HACCP standards, and collaborating closely with kitchen leadership to develop and test innovative menu items. Offering both full-time and part-time employment options, the position includes competitive pay ranging from $20 to $30 per hour, inclusive of tips. Job Requirements
- Professional kitchen experience
- Knowledge of healthy, organic cooking methods including steam, sear, roast, and sous vide
- Must be reliable, organized, and comfortable working under pressure
