This opportunity is for a private chef to support a client undergoing treatment for early-stage cancer and managing PCOS through tailored, nutrient-dense, and whole-food cooking. The client is looking for a kind, reliable, and health-conscious chef who can prepare balanced, anti-inflammatory, hormone-supportive meals that align with their healing journey. The client’s dietary focus is on low-glycemic, anti-inflammatory foods prepared with mostly organic and clean whole-food ingredients. Job Requirements
- Experience in health-conscious cooking
- Knowledge of low-glycemic and anti-inflammatory diets or willingness to learn
- Ability to prepare meals for two people

Job Duties
- Prepare 2-3 balanced meals daily for two people including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Prepare 1-2 nutrient-dense snacks daily for two people
- Shop for groceries or coordinate grocery lists based on weekly meal plans
- Batch cook and properly store meals in labeled containers for easy reheating
- Develop and collaborate on weekly menus focusing on low-glycemic, anti-inflammatory, and hormone-supportive meals
- Maintain a clean and organized cooking space during and after meal preparation
- Communicate effectively and adjust menus according to client feedback and health needs
