The Chef position at Carolina Ale House under LM Restaurants is a pivotal role designed for a dedicated and experienced Back of House leader. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior kitchen leadership experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
