Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in food preparation or kitchen roles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake sourdough breads and alternative flour bakes
- Assemble grain bowls, salads, and grazing boards with attention to presentation and quality
- Manage fermentation processes for various menu items
- Prepare fresh pressed juices, cocktails, and craft beer service
- Source and handle animal proteins responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas
- Collaborate with team members to execute daily operations efficiently
