- Experience as a cook or in a related role required
- validated knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
- ability to acquire food safety certification

- adhere to food safety protocols and store food properly
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workspaces, tools, and equipment
