The role available is for a dedicated Chef to join the Adult Day Services team on a part-time basis during morning shifts. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $18.00, depending on experience. Notably, the job does not require working evenings or weekends, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. The Chef will play a crucial part in delivering nutritious and delightful meals to tenants and guests, ensuring that food preparation aligns with the high standards of Grace Lutheran Communities. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a chef or in a similar food service role
  • Ability to work morning shifts
  • No availability required on weekends and evenings
  • Ability to follow food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Physical ability to stand and work in a kitchen environment
  • Effective communication skills
