This strategic location allows us to serve a diverse clientele seeking quality sushi in a convenient and accessible setting. Operating from 8 am to 6 pm, we cater to busy shoppers and sushi lovers who appreciate fresh, expertly prepared seafood and traditional Japanese cuisine. The sushi bar is an integral part of the supermarket's food offerings, combining the appeal of fresh ingredients, attention to detail, and vibrant presentation that sushi demands. We are currently seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team and elevate the sushi bar's offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Japanese culinary arts and demonstrated expertise in preparing a range of sushi dishes, including rolls, sashimi, and nigiri. This full-time role offers an hourly wage between $18 and $22, payable by cash or check, and includes dormitory accommodations as part of the employment package, making it convenient for prospective candidates relocating to the area or seeking temporary housing. The sushi chef will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure each dish meets high standards of freshness, taste, and presentation. This role requires meticulous attention to hygiene and safety standards, efficient preparation, and excellent customer service skills to engage and satisfy patrons.
