We are seeking a dedicated and skilled personal chef to provide exceptional culinary services at our residence in Sammamish, WA. This role is perfect for a professional who enjoys creating delicious, healthy meals within the comfort of a private home environment. Our ideal candidate will have experience with both South and North Indian cuisines along with the ability to prepare healthy fusion and kid-friendly meals, ensuring variety and nutrition for the family. This position offers flexible scheduling, allowing the chef to work 3 to 5 days per week with adaptable timing to suit both the employer's and the chef's needs.

The hired chef will be responsible for meal preparation, including both lunch and dinner. Some batch preparation is acceptable, allowing for efficient meal planning and cooking. In addition to cooking, tasks include grocery planning and shopping, which can be done personally by the chef or reimbursed by the household. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene is paramount; the chef will handle cleanup duties in the kitchen and surrounding cooking areas after meal preparation to keep the home environment safe and orderly.

This position is remunerated competitively, offering rates based on experience and skill level. Compensation may be structured hourly, daily, or monthly, and we remain open to both part-time and full-time employment arrangements, providing flexibility suited to different lifestyles and commitments. The role demands a responsible individual who can work independently, maintain high standards of hygiene, and demonstrate punctuality, respectfulness, and trustworthiness. While having a Food Handler Permit or relevant certification is advantageous, it is not an absolute requirement but will be considered positively during the candidate evaluation process.
