experience in a high-volume institutional environment
good knife skills
ability to stand for long periods
ability to work all kitchen stations
willingness to learn or experience on the grill
background check required

preferably two years of experience on the grill

Job Duties

Prepare meals in a large volume establishment
sauté, grill, fry, and chef ingredients according to food safety guidelines
chop, slice, and wash fruits and vegetables
make salads, desserts, and complete meals
create menus and follow recipes
assist with catering orders and prepare trays for customers
clean the kitchen area, take out trash, mop floors and wipe down the dining area when needed
