Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven customer service experience
- proven food service experience
- knowledge of food safety and HACCP/Department of Health guidelines
- ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- valid Washington State Food Workers Card
- ability to pass background and reference checks
Job Qualifications

- one year of customer service experience
- one year of food service experience
- knowledge of food safety and HACCP/Department of Health guidelines
- inventory and portion control experience
- demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment

- maintain product inventory at a level that promotes effective sales merchandising and maximizes sales potential
- assist leadership team with product and supply ordering
- participate in the company sponsored training and preparation for the Certified Cheese Professional accreditation
