This position focuses on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within the cheese and cheese packaging departments. The role involves carrying out essential cleaning tasks such as emptying, cleaning, and sanitizing drains and footbaths specifically within these departments. The employee will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of hallway windows and doors, refilling paper towel dispensers and hand sanitizer stations, and washing down tiled hallways every day. The role requires ensuring the supply cage is well-stocked and reordering supplies as necessary to maintain continuous operations. Additionally, the employee will perform any assigned Master Sanitation duties to support overall hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or equivalent and possess mechanical or analytical skills, particularly an understanding of cheese-making equipment. This knowledge is valuable for performing cleaning tasks efficiently and safely around production areas. The pay range for this position is $26.31 to $31.05 per hour, reflecting the importance of the role in maintaining Saputo’s commitment to food safety and quality.
