Front End Checkout Associates are responsible for running registers, greeting customers with a smile, processing payments efficiently, and maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times. The role requires standing for long periods and involves mid-shift and closing shift availability. Associates may receive additional hourly premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. The hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28 per hour, ensuring compliance with minimum wage laws applicable to the location. Beyond base pay, associates may earn performance incentives on an annual or quarterly basis.
