Today, JPMorgan Chase stands as a leader in investment banking, consumer and small business banking, commercial banking, financial transaction processing, and asset management. The institutions' commitment to diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being is evident through its comprehensive benefits and forward-thinking workplace ethos. This commitment positions JPMorgan Chase not only as a top-tier financial organization but also as an employer of choice that values the unique talents and backgrounds of its global workforce.
The role of Dining Manager at Chase Tower Chicago is a senior leadership position within JPMorgan Chase's Amenity Services team focused on reimagining and enhancing the workplace dining experience for employees. This position directly supports an active and dynamic environment serving approximately 8,000 employees and visitors daily. The role is based at Chase Tower Chicago, where the manager will lead the employee dining program to create premier client and amenity spaces. The Dining Manager strategically develops multi-concept dining programs, including chef-driven and branded concepts, ensuring alignment with organizational standards for quality and innovation.
As the Dining Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across departments such as technology, corporate functions, and Amenity Services. You will leverage your food and beverage expertise to lead transformative initiatives in dining, actively managing vendor relationships to ensure compliance with branding and operational standards. The role also involves diligent monitoring of KPIs, implementation of healthy dining standards, risk management, and driving digital dining solutions including mobile ordering and self-service kiosks to enhance convenience and the overall customer experience.
This leadership position requires an innovative approach to menu and program development, informed by market trends, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarks. Financial stewardship is also a crucial part of this role, involving budget management, financial reporting, and the implementation of cost-saving initiatives together with finance partners. Swift resolution of service issues and effective communication with stakeholders uphold the high standards expected in this fast-paced and demanding environment.
The role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of evolving workplace amenities, driving excellence, hospitality, and well-being within one of the world’s leading financial institutions. JPMorgan Chase supports its associates with a competitive total rewards package that is tailored based on the role, experience, and skill set, including base salary, potential commission-based and discretionary incentives, comprehensive health care coverage, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, and more.
