Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Food safety and alcohol service certifications as required

Job Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience
  • Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, team-first approach
  • Ability to stay organized and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost controls
  • Comfort with basic technology and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to motivate a team and maintain a positive culture

Job Duties

  • Support the planning and execution of food and beverage service across outlets and events
  • Be present on the floor to ensure smooth operations and step in to resolve guest concerns
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, presentation, and service execution
  • Partner with the chef to stay informed on menus and guide the team accordingly
  • Monitor guest feedback and take action to continuously improve the experience
  • Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of team members
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities clearly
