The Barback position at Sonesta International Hotels is an essential role within the beverage service team, designed to support bartenders and ensure seamless operations at the hotel bar and lounge areas. This role involves the preparation and upkeep of bars, including both permanent and portable set-ups, to guarantee that all equipment and supplies are adequately stocked and maintained throughout operational hours. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting environment for guests by keeping the bar areas clean, well-organized, and fully equipped to meet guest needs effectively.

This role requires responsibility for managing bar inventory, including retrieving orders, checking stock accuracy, and replenishing supplies such as glassware, condiments, garnishes, and ice.
