The practice inviting new physicians to join is a prestigious concierge family medicine group situated in an affluent suburb of Charlotte, North Carolina. This well-established primary care group currently includes 11 dedicated physicians and is seeking to expand by adding an additional family medicine physician to its roster. Job Requirements
- Medical degree from accredited institution
- board certification in family medicine
- valid medical license to practice in North Carolina
- willingness to work a 4-day workweek
- ability to manage up to 350 patients
- experience with outpatient care
- excellent organizational skills

Job Duties
- Provide personalized outpatient family medicine care
- manage a patient panel of 300 to 350 patients
- coordinate care with subspecialists
- schedule and manage patient appointments
- discuss patient care feedback with medical team
- utilize ancillary services to enhance patient care
- maintain comprehensive patient records
