Founded in 1917, Emanuel Medical Center has a long-standing commitment to providing top-quality healthcare services to the residents of Turlock and surrounding communities. As the premier medical facility in the region, the center offers a comprehensive range of hospital services designed to meet the diverse needs of its patient population. This includes 24-hour emergency care, the only heart attack receiving center between Modesto and Fresno, an advanced center for mothers and newborns, rehabilitation and therapy services, and a specialized cancer center providing diagnosis, treatment, and support. Emanuel Medical Center emphasizes a culture of advanced care delivery combined with compassionate attention and kindness, ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment in a supportive environment. Convenient inpatient and outpatient facilities further enhance accessibility and patient comfort.

Collaboration with the staffing coordinator, Nurse Director, and Administrative Nursing Supervisor is essential to ensure that patient needs are continuously met and that the nursing unit operates smoothly and effectively.

This position not only involves supervising nursing staff but also supporting the Nursing Department Director with various administrative duties, fostering a culture of excellence within the department. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of acute care experience or an equivalent background, possess essential RN skills pertinent to the designated unit, and ideally hold managerial experience. A current California Registered Nurse (RN) license is required, along with BLS and ACLS certifications. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and demonstrating strong organizational and leadership capabilities. Emanuel Medical Center values professionals who are driven to make a meaningful impact on patients, caregivers, and the broader community.

In return for your expertise and dedication, Emanuel Medical Center offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $53.73 to $85.94, with exact compensation based on qualifications and experience. We provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, professional growth, and work-life balance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; a 401(k) retirement savings plan with an employer match; generous paid time off; career development and continuing education opportunities; health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts; an Employee Assistance Program and discount program; and a variety of voluntary benefits such as pet insurance, legal insurance, accident and critical illness insurance, long-term care, elder and childcare, and auto and home insurance. Eligibility for these benefits may vary by location and employment status.
