Operating in iconic venues such as sports arenas, national parks, and casinos, Delaware North is committed to providing exceptional guest experiences across a variety of settings. One of its prominent operations is at Target Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the home of the Minnesota Twins. Since 2010, Delaware North has been managing concessions, premium dining, and retail services at the 39,504-seat stadium. Their food and beverage offerings include chef-attended action stations, a carving station, and fan favorites from the Taste of the Ballpark menu, catering to thousands of guests during games and events. The company places high value on teamwork, career growth, and creating enjoyable, memorable experiences for both guests and team members alike.

Delaware North Sportservice is currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic seasonal Hosts to join their team at Target Field. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoy interacting with guests to create welcoming atmospheres. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for managing the host station, seating guests according to the floor plan and reservation book, and helping maintain an organized guest flow throughout the venue. You will ensure that dining and serving areas are clean and properly set up, answer telephone calls during operating hours, and engage with guests to guarantee their satisfaction. This position also involves handling guest complaints with professionalism and ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression of Delaware North and Target Field.

The role is seasonal and tipped, with a base pay of $16.37 per hour excluding tips. Eligible team members can access a generous benefits package designed to support their personal and professional well-being. Benefits include weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules. Eligible employees may also receive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans with company match, paid vacation and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.

Working at Delaware North means joining a global legacy with opportunities for advancement and growth across various sectors of hospitality. Whether you are interested in sports, gaming, hotels, operations, or retail, Delaware North prides itself on fostering a supportive and inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and promotes career development. The company is an equal opportunity employer, embracing applicants from all backgrounds and ensuring a workplace free of discrimination.

If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in lively environments, and want to play a key role in enhancing the fan experience at one of Minneapolis's most iconic venues, this Host position at Target Field offers a great opportunity.
