Delaware North is currently hiring seasonal Bartenders to join their dynamic team at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of game day action in one of the most iconic sports venues. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with the utmost professionalism and responsibility while ensuring excellent guest experiences. The position pays $15.75 per hour and is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy engaging with customers in a lively atmosphere.

The Bartender role at Delaware North requires you to fulfill drink orders accurately, manage payments, and maintain inventory effectively. You'll mix drinks according to standardized recipes and proportions, ensuring consistent quality and presentation for every guest. Serving alcohol responsibly by verifying identification and adhering to service policies is a critical part of the job, fostering a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Additionally, you will complete sales and inventory reports accurately and assist in maintaining bar stock by ordering necessary liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting, with proficiency in cash handling and computerized point of sale systems. Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods, as well as occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. You'll also need to be comfortable working in an environment with moderate to high noise levels during busy times. This seasonal position offers flexible shifts including days, evenings, events, holidays, and weekends, catering to those who seek an engaging and varied work schedule.
