As a Barback, the successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and stocking inventory, ensuring that beverage supplies are consistently maintained, and delivering beverages efficiently throughout the venue to support bartenders and enhance guest experience. The role is a tipped position with a minimum pay of $15.55 per hour, exclusive of potential tips, offering employees the chance to increase their earnings based on performance.
