Job Description
Temecula Creek Inn is a distinguished hospitality establishment located in the scenic Temecula Valley, renowned for offering a refined experience combining luxury accommodations, exquisite dining, and exceptional customer service. As a premier resort and restaurant destination, Temecula Creek Inn prides itself on delivering a memorable stay and dining experience to both local guests and travelers alike. The Inn is committed to maintaining high standards across all facets of its operation, from the quality of its amenities to the professionalism and expertise of its staff. The team at Temecula Creek Inn works diligently to create a warm, inviting atmosphere where guests feel valued and well cared for, making it a preferred choice for visitors seeking comfort, style, and excellent service in the Temecula region.
The position available is for a Bartender, a key role within the restaurant operations dedicated to preparing and serving artisan craft cocktails and beverages. This role is vital to ensuring that guests receive the highest level of service from the moment they approach the bar to the end of their visit. The bartender will be responsible for understanding and responding promptly to all guest requests, providing courteous and professional interaction, and strictly adhering to the established service standards of the restaurant. Candidates will be expected to have comprehensive knowledge of the company’s beverage offerings, including drink recipes, pricing, and the proper techniques for crafting cocktails to perfection. Maintaining adequate stock levels, managing inventory effectively, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in the bar area are integral parts of the job. The bartender will also play a supervisory role over bar backs, ensuring all glassware is clean, polished, and ready for service.
Furthermore, the bartender will operate the MICROS point-of-sale system to process all transactions accurately and comply with all applicable legal requirements, such as state liquor laws and TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) standards to ensure responsible alcohol service. The role requires a safety-minded, organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and upholds the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. The bartender will also participate in routine side duties like preparing dessert trays and assisting with meal service setups to support smooth restaurant operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with hospitality experience looking to join a prestigious resort environment where their skills can contribute directly to exceptional guest experiences while growing professionally within a reputable company.
