Job Requirements
- Must have a working smartphone with a data plan and GPS
- Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record
- Available 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. to close
- Must utilize personal vehicle (year 2017 or newer) with proof of insurance
- Must adhere to Chick-fil-A dress code
- Must be able to communicate effectively through the delivery app
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience using smartphones and delivery applications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain high levels of customer service and hospitality
- Ability to work flexible hours including day and night shifts, weekdays and weekends
- Familiarity with safe driving practices and vehicle maintenance
Job Duties
- Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and culture at all times
- Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency
- Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand and addressing customer concerns during deliveries
- Maintain operational excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly areas including cleanliness, speed, accuracy, and food quality
- Meet with supervisor on shift to receive specific duties
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
- Assist in preparing and organizing large catering orders with proper packaging and presentation standards
