Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program such as RN, LCSW, LPC, LAC, or respiratory therapy
- Current professional license (RN, LCSW, LPC, LAC, or respiratory therapy)
- Certified tobacco training specialist or willing to obtain certification within three months
- Certified fax-to-quit provider or willing to obtain within three months
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical patient care or counseling
- Trained by a Council of Tobacco Treatment Training Programs accredited program within one year
- Proficiency in English language, verbal and written communication, and computer skills
