Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable personal transportation
- Valid ServSafe Certification
- Completion of Leadership Transitions course
- Completion of Developing The Leader In Me course
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Bilingual English-Spanish skills preferred
- Ability to handle cash and financial accountability
- Commitment to upholding safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Ensure all food safety standards and procedures are followed at all times
- Oversee accurate and efficient preparation of all menu items
- Lead the team in delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Supervise, coach, and motivate Crew Members during shifts
- Maintain clear communication between team members and management
- Assist with product counts, waste control, and proper stock rotation
- Support staffing levels to meet operational needs
- Train and develop new and existing employees using approved training systems
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness standards are maintained
- Enforce safety procedures and secure restaurant assets
- Manage cash control procedures and ensure accuracy
- Complete required checklists and operational reports
- Provide real-time feedback to improve team performance
- Help manage labor deployment and minimize food waste
