This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, rather than McDonald’s USA. This means that while the restaurant uses McDonald’s logos and food products, including its well-known brand standards and menu, the franchisee operates as a completely separate entity responsible for all employment and operational decisions. Individuals hired for this position will work directly under the franchisee, who manages staffing, training, scheduling, discipline, and other employment matters. Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan and monitor shift performance to meet standards
- ensure quality service cleanliness and safety to customers
- communicate with next shift manager to prepare for shift
- manage food safety internal communication inventory daily maintenance and cleanliness
- schedule and train crew members
