This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, rather than McDonald’s USA. This means that while the restaurant uses McDonald’s logos and food products, including its well-known brand standards and menu, the franchisee operates as a completely separate entity responsible for all employment and operational decisions. Individuals hired for this position will work directly under the franchisee, who manages staffing, training, scheduling, discipline, and other employment matters. McDonald’s USA is not involved in these decisions nor does it receive copies of employment applications. This setup assures candidates that their employment relationship is with the local franchisee business, which upholds McDonald’s high standards for customer experience and operational excellence while maintaining a degree of independent management.
